Job Description

Role:Our client is looking for immediate, temporary, Payroll Administrator to assist them for 3 months. You be will be responsible for following duties:

  • Open daily post
  • Process new starter forms
  • Process Court Orders DEAs, AEO, Earnings Arrestment etc
  • Process Child Maintenance
  • Duplicate request P60s & P45s - SOE - daily
  • Process Maternity - daily
  • Create schedule and letter send to Partner - daily
  • Check Maternity values when hours are uploaded - monthly
  • Check duplicate bank details report - monthly
  • Run the active partner report - weekly
  • Run the active maternity report - weekly
  • Basic Pay Queries daily
  • Excessive Hours report - contact SMs weekly
  • Generate a missing attest report and send weekly.
Profile:The successful temporary Payroll Administrator will either be a Finance graduate looking to gain entry level finance experience or you will have have 2+ years experience in Payroll Administrator.You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.Client:Our client are a leading Hospitality franchise based in London.
