Job Details GOOSE Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll and Systems Officer on behalf of a reputable airline based in the UK.The role-Working directly with senior managers and directors, the role requires this person to lead onensuring the payroll and related processes are run in the most efficient manner, and that accurate payments are made to colleagues on time, whilst ensuring that all tax law and other associated regulations are complied with at all times.Required Skills/Experience/knowledge:Experienceof dealing with HMRC issues.Excellent IT skills including a high level of competency using HR, payroll and financial systems and Excel.Up to date knowledge of PAYE rules, Pension Auto Enrolment and associated payroll rules and regulations.Demonstrable understandingof how to design, implement and manage, payroll processes and controls.Strong communication skills - able to establish strong and professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.High levels of discretion regarding confidentiality of sensitiveinformation.Sound professional judgement and in making decisions as required based on the best information available at the time.Comfortable working in a smaller business model, where there is a need to be both creative, pragmatic and to sometimes "wear differenthats".Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.Relevant Accounting / Payroll qualification preferred.- Offering between £25,000-£30,000 per annum DOE.- Full time remote working conditions available.- You musthold the rights to live and work in the UK in order to be considered for this role.All applications will be handled in the strictest confidence and unless you hear from us within 10 days of your application, please assume that you have been unsuccessful onthis occasion.
