Company Overview You will be joining a very well-known and rapidly growing Technology business as their Payroll Analyst (EMEA) on a full-time, permanent basis. Part of a sizeable EMEA Payroll team of 8, you will report directly into the EMEA Payroll Manager and be supportedby an incredibly high-performing, driven and motivated team. Based in their modern City of London office three days a week, you will have the option to work from home for the remaining two days.Role ResponsibilitiesIn your new role, you will be responsible for managing and improving payroll operations across multiple European countries, effectively managing payroll vendors by adhering to the contract and SLA, developing relationships with local authorities, includingSocial Security and Tax, and forming partnerships with HR Business Partners and the internal HR Operations team to improve employee experience. This role will be very hands-on and manual, using Excel on a daily basis.Role Requirements To be considered for this role, candidates MUST have Ireland Payroll experience and possess a minimum of 3 years in-house payroll operation experience. Candidates must demonstrate a willingness to learn, a proactive attitude and an enthusiastic approachto all tasks. Payroll and Tax knowledge across multiple countries in Europe is essential and candidates must have outstanding communication skills and a strong work ethic. Stakeholder management skills are a must have for this role.
