Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly growing home security company with operations across Europe and Latin America. Based in Central London, the company is looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Payroll and AdministrationManager who is passionate and committed to making a difference.Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will lead and direct the Payroll and Administration team.WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Oversee payroll from end-end
  • Lead and direct the Payroll and HR Administration team
  • Be the point of contact internally for any Payroll and HR related topics
  • Identify/highlight areas of improvement relating to Payroll and HR Admin
  • Provide monthly KPIs to HR Director on Payroll and HR Admin
  • Overseeing payroll payments for 2000 employees
  • Ensure that the payroll runs according to outlined payroll timetables
  • Submission and processing of year-end documents such as P11Ds
  • Support the development and growth of direct reports
WHAT YOU WILL HAVE:
  • Minimum 5 years Payroll experience
  • Previous staff-management experience
  • Experience using ADP is desirable
  • CIPP/CIPD qualification or working towards it
  • Car payrolling experience is desirable
  • Good knowledge of legislation relevant to accounting and payroll
