Job Description

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Establish connections with ISO stakeholders, both technical and business-focused, within each global branch to obtain insights into ongoing projects.
  • Project Status Updates: Utilize a hybrid of business analysis and PMO skills to gather, collate, and report information from over 9 branches, providing regular updates to UK executives.
  • Information Collation: Work collaboratively with branch teams to collect data on readiness and risks associated with the transition.
  • Reporting and Tracking: Create a centralized tracker to monitor and report the status of ISO20022 readiness across all branches in the EMEA region.
  • Senior Management Interaction: Maintain a high level of interaction with senior management and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Project Timeline: Execute a four-month plan to establish the projects current status and reporting platform, aligning with the ISO20022 go-live date in November 2025.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Payments Project Manager, ideally with exposure to ISO20022 implementation.
  • Proven project management experience in the financial sector.
  • Strong business analysis skills for requirements gathering.
  • Proficient in transitioning from MT to MX message formats.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, especially with senior leadership.
  • Effective reporting and documentation skills for executive-level reporting
  • Risk management expertise for ISO migration challenges.
  • Change management skills for cash management and core banking system transitions.
  • Adaptability to navigate through information flow challenges.
  • Global perspective with experience in EMEA region dynamics.
