Essential Requirements: * Knowledge or experience of the UK Payments market, industry drivers and external environment * Knowledge or experience across ISO20022 and SEPA messaging standards would be desirable * Knowledge or experience of Open Banking *Business Analysis experience * Excellent communication skills * Comfortable leading a team * Good understanding of user stories, story mapping and Process mapping * Confident in translating requirements to developers in order to contribute to functional andtechnical designs. * Experience of Agile tooling (Jira/Confluence) is desirable * Experience or background in Payments is desirable * Professional Business Analysis qualifications required
