Job Description

Position: Payment AnalystLocation: LondonDepartment: Operations - EuropeWe are seeking to recruit a Payments Analyst, who will be assisting with the development and implementation of new and existing procedures within the company payment funnel. Reporting to the Head of Payments; the ideal candidate will have some experience working within the iGaming circuit, has an analytical mindset, and is familiar with online payments processing and risk behaviours. This person might be someone who has Customer Support experience and worked closely with Payments teams in the past.Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for processing daily withdrawals and assisting our Customer Support team with payments and risk related queries.
  • Monitoring deposit patterns and raising concerns/alerts within the payments and customer support teams.
  • Assisting with the verification of KYC documents
  • Monitoring company merchant accounts.
  • Improving and assisting with the implementation of best practices and workflows within the Payments team.
  • Maintaining and updating risk rules in payments back office system.
    • Requirements:
  • The ideal candidate should hold at least 2 years of experience in payments/customer support in online gambling sector.
  • Candidate has an analytical mindset and gets weirdly excited when they spot player behaviours or patterns that seem out of the ordinary. Detail oriented and can be trusted to work autonomously.
  • Prior experience with credit/debit card payments processing and working with the major payment providers such as Skrill, Neteller and other e-wallets.
  • Intermediate MS Excel, Strong spoken and written English
  • Start-up mentality - easy going, very hard working, and eager to roll up their sleeves.
  • Some weekend/shift work may be required.
  • Candidates who hold interest and knowledge in poker would be at an advantage.
