Payment Systems Manager

About the jobWhat will you do:

Analyse markets and find payment systems in the country of our presence
Develop working relationships that turn into revenue, both for the payment partners and us
Present our company to potential partners through various means of communication
Generate revenue and cost savings through negotiating with payment partners
Build and manage relationship & process with payment partners, mobile carriers and acquiring banks, negotiate payment processing fees, payout terms, integration, contract terms, and more
Manage team in accordance with company vision, mission and values
Participate in recruitment and onboarding
Maintain and develop internal processes according to companys priorities and goals
With the legal team overview all partners proposals, contracts and any further documentation with the assistance of the business development team
Overview integration of payment systems

Requirements:

At least 2 years of Team Leading experience in the payments and financial industry
Proven track record of being able to successfully broker strategic alliances and partnerships
Ability to have serious conversations around technical subjects;
Excellent intercultural competences and experience working in diverse teams;
Fluent in English and Russian
Experience with different payment systems will be considered an advantage
