Job Description

Our client is a large local government organisation and looking for an experienced Pay and Reward Consultant to join their team. This is initially a 3 month contract which may be extended for the right applicantYou willAs a Pay and Reward Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our remuneration and benefits strategies align with the organisations objectives and contribute to attracting and retaining top talent.Conducting comprehensive pay and reward analysis to ensure competitiveness in the market.Providing expert advice on salary structures, bonus programs, and benefits packages.Collaborating with HR and senior management to develop and implement effective pay and reward policies.Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative and competitive pay solutions.Conducting job evaluations and participating in salary surveys to maintain market competitiveness.Advising on the implementation of performance-related pay and incentive schemes.Requirements:

  • MUST BE HAY Korn Ferry Trained Evaluator & GLPC Trained Evaluator
  • Proven experience as a Pay and Reward Consultant or in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of pay and reward principles, market trends, and legislation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
