Job Description

A highly experienced Team PA is required the senior management team of this global property company based in West LondonYou will be supporting the Development Director/ Asset Manager and their project team in providing a first class admin / PA serviceThis is a maternity leave cover for 9 monthsSalary £44,000 - £55,000 pro rataMain Duties

  • Proactive diary management, arranging meeting, booking rooms and catering
  • Set up telephone and video conference calls
  • Admin support - copying, binding ,scanning and supporting documentations
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Gate keep for calls, queries and emails
  • Process expenses on Concur
  • Maintain the teams starters / leavers holidays etc
  • Raise and receipt POs for invoices
  • Maintain and order office supplies
  • Be aware of key projects and objectives
Experience Required
  • Previous senior management PA experience is essential
  • Highly organised with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage changing deadlines
  • Excellent MS Office skills - Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Previous project experience would be useful
  • Experience of working for a global property company is desirable
  • An excellent team player who is able to use initiative
