You will have the chance to work on complexed cases in the life science sector in both generics and innovators.Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of strategic plans for patent litigation cases, including case analysis, legal research, and risk assessment.
  • Analyse complex technical aspects to effectively craft legal arguments and strategies.
  • Provide insightful legal opinions on patent matters, offering clear guidance to clients on their options and potential outcomes.
  • Foster strong collaborative relationships with junior associates, paralegals, and support staff.
  • Cultivate strong and enduring relationships with clients, maintaining open lines of communication and delivering exceptional client service.
Requirements:
  • Possess a background in a reputable patent litigation practice. (4-9 years.)
  • Demonstrate substantial expertise in managing patent cases related to intricate technologies.
  • Willingness to engage in diverse subject matters for cases.
  • Required experience in providing legal opinions and/or handling contentious matters.
  • Display teamwork by fostering robust professional bonds within an agile setting.
  • Exhibit strong technical proficiency and effective commercial decision-making.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients, market contacts, and colleagues within the firm.
