Patent Litigation Associate 3 to 5 PQELondon£130,000 - £160,000 per annumA leading international firm in London is seeking a mid level Patent Litigation Associate (3 to 5 PQE) to join its growing practice in the City. An enviable firm with a developing IP Litigation specialism in Life Sciences & Technology. Due to a succession ofhigh profile client retentions and wins the team are continuing to hire after multiple joiners in 2022.An international Patent Litigation with a reputable track record in cross border IP & Patent Litigation. The emphasis is mostly on Life Sciences & Pharmaceuticals and then broader Technology focused disputes, however, due to the lean team there will be a degreeof agility needed to cover new matters but still retaining the highest of qualities.Experience required:- 3 PQE+ qualified solicitor - England & Wales qualified or another common law jurisdiction.- Demonstrable experience of Litigation in English Court.- Previous experience in a city firm IP Litigation practice is desirable.- Life Sciences or Technology Patent matters experience.If you would like to discuss this opportunity & other IP Associate roles please apply the job online.
