Job Description

We have anexciting opportunity for a Pastry Sous Chef to join our highly successful teamhere at our Ham Yard Hotel. To be successful in this role you will need to beconfident in leading and developing a team whilst also adopting a managerialapproach to ensure a smooth and consistent service. Working as part of our kitchenteam, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent attention to detail,organisational and communication skills.We arelooking for a Pastry Sous Chef who is passionate about food and will work wellwithin a dynamic and fast paced kitchen, handling the preparation and order ofservice within the Pastry Kitchen. Youwill need a high standard of food knowledge and skill with an eagerness todeliver delicious food using only fresh ingredients.What we Offer:
