Due to the nature of the business, you must be fully flexible in terms of working hours which will include evening and Saturday work. Who you are:
  • Previous pastry experience in similar positions in restaurants of similar standards
  • Enthusiastic and energetic individual with a passion for pastry. You will be responsible for delivering high standards and consistency according to expectations.
  • A good track record in delivering excellent quality and consistency
