Pastry Chef - Guernsey - Channel Islands - to £32,000

    • Rhubarb Hospitality Recruitment is looking for an experienced Pastry Chef for a busy restaurant on the island of Guernsey in the Channel Islands. The role will involve the preparation of from scratch deserts modern British/ European in style.Applicants must have experience in running the Pastry Section in all fresh food, high-quality professional kitchens.Contracted hours are to 45 per week over a 5-day working week with two full days off. Accommodation is available locally and includes a private double bedroom with a shared kitchen, lounge, and bathroom.Basic Salary is £25,000 to £27,000 depending on experience plus excellent tips worth approximately £5,000 per year making this an excellent opportunity to work for an established, well-reviewed restaurant on the beautiful Island of Guernsey.Thanks for reading!
