Job Description

We are currently recruiting for Pastry Chefs / night bakers and service chefs for a prestigious client based in Central London .The duties would include

  • Lamination of dough
  • Supervising a team of bun cutters & ownership of quality control
  • Packing up products for shipping
  • Maintaining hygiene standards at all times
  • Assisting in production of creams, syrups, savory fillings etc., under the guidance of senior chef as and when required
  • Stock control
Ideally the suitable candidates would have at least 1 year experience in bakery/patisserie production , experience in stock control alongside experience working with croissant pastry.The role would require you to work at 3 different sites all within a 3 mile radius of each other .You would also be expected to work some weekends .To be considered for these roles please email over your CV and we will be in contact .
