Job Description

PARTNERSHIP & SPONSORSHIP SALES MANAGER

Established in 2017, Fiena has grownsignificantly over the past few years, with brand partners & sponsors that include BOSS, Caudalie & Farm Girl. Were looking for someone who is committed and strong willed to move the sponsorship division forward, and drive new revenue.THE ROLEYou will be:
  • Driving new sponsorship revenue across a growing portfolio of events
  • Delivering independent research to identify potential sponsors
  • Developing and maintaining a database of potential sponsors
  • Managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through to close
  • Pitching corporate packages and memberships
The successful candidate will report into the Founder, and will be actively liaising with the Head of Events.Instagram @FienaLondonKEY RESPONSIBILITIES Primary Responsibilities
  • Developing high-level knowledge of Fiena Club Services
  • Maintaining and updating CRM system, being well organised
  • Meeting minimum weekly KPIs on numbers of leads, and sales
  • Identifying broader business development and proactive sales opportunities within the female lifestyle space
Brand Partnerships & Sponsorships
  • Reaching out to consumer brands to partner with and sponsor the fiena club; for individual events, quarterly and bi-annual packages, such as Charlotte Tilbury, Red Bull,
  • Selling in our media pack, for brands to advertise within the Fiena club; across email marketing, our app, blog and events
Corporate Memberships
  • List building corporate companies in London that may want to buy memberships in bulk for their female staff. Liaising with HR / employee wellness departments
  • Pitching and setting up meetings with key stakeholders. Signing off bespoke packages.
Membership Sales
  • Selling memberships to influential, corporate professionals and female entrepreneurs in the city aged between 24 and 45
Generating leads
  • Building relationships with fun, cool women in the city
  • Finding potential members for the Club, using online outreach methods (instagram, facebook and online channels), and events
  • Making outbound sales calls on a daily basis
Converting Leads
  • Pitching and selling the membership
  • Co-ordinating meetings, emails and lead follow-ups, addressing potential barriers of joining the club
  • Closing deals and converting potential members into members of the club
ABOUT YOU:

  • You are a creative thinker, comfortable with delivering ideas away from the traditional but equally at home with conventional marketing techniques.
You will also need to have:
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in a Sales or Bus Dev or Management role with at least 2 years being in a senior position, ideally within consumer brands or corporate sponsorships
  • Confidence in leading high-level meetings and conversing with senior stakeholders.
  • Understanding of incident/crisis management.
  • Expertise in partnership negotiation, activation, experiential, social content, communications and managing financial processes.
  • Relevant experience in creating and delivering fully integrated campaigns, from conception to evaluation.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to manage your own time
