Job Description

Were looking for an experienced Partnerships Growth Manager to join our team and help catapult our innovative brands into global powerhouse brands.Youll be working on growing purpose-driven brands including smoovii, our revolutionary wireless blender that empowers people to live healthier & happier & Gadget Discovery Club, the worlds leading tech club, helping people upgrade their entertainment &lifestyle!What youll be taking ownership of

  • Identifying scalable partnership opportunities, outreaching & negotiating great commercials to maximise revenue growth & brand awareness
  • Managing existing & new partner relationships, pitching seasonal & exclusive offers for tier 1 partners
  • Optimising our affiliate program set-ups on Shareasale platform
  • Explore cutting-edge new partnership categories with autonomy to test innovative deal structures & partners
  • Collaborating with growth marketing team to produce creatives, codes & new offers
  • Owning the partnerships strategy, implementing & reporting direct to CMO & CEO
