Job Description

Anne Jagger Recruitment in London are looking to recruit a temporary Partner Support Specialist (Customer Support) to join our client, an international business specialising in Travel and Hospitality.The Job:

  • £15.00 per hour plus holiday pay
  • Primarily remote, need to be able to work in London office occasionally and throughout training
  • 37.5 hours per week - 2:30pm-11pm, Monday-Friday (will need to be available to train during day shift, 9am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday, in the London office)
  • To start ASAP - 12 months with the potential to become permanent
  • If successful and an offer is made, a DBS check will be required prior to starting the assignment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Will be initial point of contact for travel agent partners based in the United States. Mainly communicating over email, but there will be communication over the phone as well
  • Investigate suppliers and bookings using the information provided by the customer
  • Act as the initial point of contact for partners, determining the level and type of assistance required, through inbound calls/emails/support cases.
  • May assist in such areas as booking process, services offered, questions, and/or support issues.
  • May respond via phone, email, online live chat, or social media.
  • Respond efficiently and effectively to a variety of partner and potential partner inquiries
  • Help resolve escalated issues and troubleshoots technical issues and work with management and other stakeholders to problem solve, provide feedback, and file help tickets
  • Communicate across various internal and external channels to facilitate support cases from open to resolutions
  • Document interactions efficiently and effectively in Salesforce and other service programs used by the entire 3rd party organization of Viator
  • Ability to report and present related data Support Sr. TAP manager on various campaigns and/or projects with
  • Key partners to improve performance and grow partner relationship
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Support role
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Passion for solving customer issues
  • Strong time management/prioritization skills and multi-tasking ability
  • Ability to work independently anticipate problems and provide solutions
  • Skilled in identifying and analyzing problems, with strong analytical skills: understand and utilize metrics relevant to the role
  • Excellent communication through expression of facts and ideas in a clear, convincing, and organized manner, with the ability to summarize findings in a clear format
  • Experience in working to customer satisfaction-based targets and operational metrics such as quality and handling time
  • Hold moderate knowledge of Excel, Salesforce, and affiliate platforms
