DESCRIPTIONSalary: CompetitiveLocation: LondonOpening Date: 26 June 2020Closing Date for applications: 26 July 2020Alexa is enabling many new connected devices and exciting consumer use cases in the home, at work and on-the-go, and Alexa International marketing enables device partners to go to market quickly, effectively, and visibly. The EU Alexa International Partner Marketing team works with third-party partners such as Sonos, LG, Facebook and others to launch, market and sell Alexa built-in products across channels, including on- and off-Amazon. We build joint go-to-market plans with our partners, with the aim of developing an engaged Alexa customer base on third-party devices.The EU Alexa International Partner Marketing team is looking for a savvy marketer to own the marketing plans for Alexa products from key large global brands launching in Europe, develop a comprehensive marketing plan for device launches on Amazon, and to create engaging marketing initiatives to promote new Alexa features with third party device makers. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit, and a successful track record in partner and/or consumer product marketing with experience developing and localizing global marketing programs. In this role you will be challenged to innovate and pioneer marketing approaches as you help partners launch new products with Alexa built-in and define plans to promote exciting new Alexa features with key partners.In typical Amazon fashion, this role will hold a high bar for measurement of marketing activities, and will define success metrics, measurement methods and reporting processes for their efforts. This role will be at the forefront of voice – engaging device manufacturers and consumers to improve the way people interact with technology.· Work with leading third-party partners on co-marketing campaigns, driving sell-through, activation and customer engagement.· Collaborate with partners and internal marketing teams on high-impact marketing campaigns including timelines, channels, merchandising, promotion, customer value propositions, messaging, campaign goals and measurement.· Execute campaigns leveraging the full range of merchandising vehicles available, using data, analysis and best practices to optimize your decisions and maximize ROI.· Localize international programs as necessary, working with global marketing teams to tailor programs to meet local requirements.· Support local Business Development teams with content and marketing programs for partners.· Work closely with Business Development, PR, Product Management, UX, Brand, Amazon Legal, Category Leads, Retail teams and other Amazon stakeholders to ensure internal cross-functional alignment.· Represent Amazon in meetings with the marketing teams at key partners.· Report weekly on our success metrics including performance of launch, acquisition and engagement activity.
