What youll do:

  • Devise and manage segmented acquisition strategies that attract and onboard the best UK accountants and bookkeepers
  • Maintain a close working relationship with the Partner Sales organisation, ensuring a joined-up and agreed partner acquisition strategy with agreed targets and SLAs
  • Work closely with the Digital team to ensure we’re applying the best techniques in the areas of content, search and social media marketing to build a robust funnel of AB partners
  • Consume and shape research conducted by the Voice of Customer team to understand and mitigate any gaps in our AB GTM and messaging approach
  • Manage and optimise relationships with existing and potential accounting body and media partners as part of an overall brand building and acquisition plan
  • Working closely with the Events team, recommend and steer Xero’s participation in external trade shows, whether they be online, in-person or hybrid
  • Collaborate with Partner Consulting and Education to create clearly described and well executed programmes that kickstart the journey for new partners to onboard their clients
  • Critical competencies required:

  • Demonstrable marketingexperience in a high-growth environment
  • Experience working closely with a high velocity sales team
  • Experience of accounting/fintech (desirable)
  • A demonstrable record of success
  • Experience of working in a global matrix structure
  • Experience of working with research agencies and interpreting surveys to form compelling recommendations
