Job Description

Job Advert: SEO Strategist (Confidential)Hours: 20 hours per weekLocation: Remote with monthly London team meetingsWe are looking for an outstanding Part time SEO Strategist with agency experience and a strong ability to understand client needs.As an SEO Strategist, your role will involve translating client requirements into actionable SEO strategies that align with budget and time constraints.Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and objectives, demonstrating excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Develop comprehensive and customized SEO strategies covering technical optimization, on-page optimization, content strategy, and link building.
  • Work within budget and time limitations, ensuring efficient resource allocation and effective project management.
  • Perform in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and leverage SEO tools and analytics platforms to gather insights and drive strategy.
  • Analyze SEO data regularly, identify trends, and provide meaningful recommendations to clients.
  • Prepare concise yet detailed reports highlighting the effectiveness of implemented strategies and demonstrating ROI to clients.
  • Clearly explain and justify your recommendations to account managers and team members, emphasizing the value they bring.
Requirements:
  • Agency background with expertise in client and project management.
  • Proven experience in interpreting client needs and translating them into actionable SEO strategies.
  • Extensive knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, and link building.
  • Strong budget and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in analyzing SEO data, conducting keyword research, and utilizing SEO tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly to clients over Teams.
  • Continuously updated knowledge of industry trends and algorithm updates.
  • Copywriting skills are highly advantageous.
