Job Description

Exceptional part-time Front of House opportunity for an immediately available receptionist for this stunning Imperial Wharf office. Working within a great team, you will be the ultimate go-to person for all the offices administrative needs. This role isMonday - Friday 1:30pm - 6:45pm.

  • Telephone call answering and handling, message taking
  • Meet and greet clients and their guests, directing them to the correct location
  • Be aware of who is in or out of the building
  • Managing the visitors book
  • Dealing with client enquiries
  • Assisting clients to use equipment (copiers, franking machine), booking of couriers
  • Booking of conference rooms and record keeping of bookings
  • Post and deliveries handling
  • Placing stationery orders when required, for us and clients
  • Upkeep of all client contact data in console and Outlook
  • Complete check lists for new and leaving clients
  • Building checks to ensure all communal areas, toilets, kitchens, conference rooms etc. are clean and tidy including courtyards
  • Setting up of conference rooms for meetings
  • Checking stock of post books, labels, post bags, cartridges
  • Ensuring photocopiers are always topped up with paper
  • Reporting faults/maintenance to management
  • Keeping reception area tidy at all times, filing reception paperwork
  • Occasional admin support to management office
  • Covering for holidays or sickness of colleagues
