Part Time Nursery Administrator£10,516 - £12,090 p.a. (actual salary for part time hours)Salary dependant on skills and experienceFrom September 2021, we will be opening our newly expanded nursery.The new Nestots will be a 90-place nursery and will offer a Sensory Room, Art and Childrens Cooking room, a Library, new garden area and new facilities throughout.Nestots is the Colleges successful onsite Nursery, it provides childcare support for babies and children up to five years olds. We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly person to join our team at Nestots Nursery. The successful applicant will have excellent communication and administrative skills, be well organised with an ability to multi-task. Applicants should be reliable, enthusiastic and dedicated to providing an excellent service. We would love someone who has experience working in an early years setting, either in a class or office but this is not mandatory.You will need to have good skills with computer programs such as Microsoft word and excel and be able to easily pick up the needed skills in other programs like Parenta. The role will include invoicing, answering general telephone and email enquiries from parents, organising waiting lists, registration paperwork and assisting with the allocation of spaces for our children.We are able to offer you the facilities of a College campus set in 7 acres of green belt in a peaceful setting.
