Job Description

Human Resources Coordinator on a part time basis based in Central London with home working.12 Month Maternity Cover - Part time contract (3 days a week/15 hours a week)Hourly Rate: £15 per hourJob Role:

  • Deliver the administrative support for the Charity’s recruitment process, including assisting in the updating of job descriptions, placing adverts, responding to applications, arranging interviews and keeping records of the process.
  • Arranging DBS checks and updating HR forms.
  • Keep track of employee changes such as starters, leavers, salary changes, pensions etc. and work with Director of Finance & Resources to communicate changes to the payroll agency on a monthly basis and resolve any payroll queries.
  • Maintain records and logging systems for performance review forms, annual leave and absence and ensure all personnel files are up to date (using a combination People HR Online system and Microsoft Office).
  • Provide generalist HR advice and support to all employees and managers within the business, and act as key point of contact for employment legislation and best practice advice
  • Work on ad hoc HR projects and prepare documents and presentations as required
