Job Description

Role: Part Time Financial Officer / Finance Manager Salary: £45,000 pro rata + benefits Location: London Industry: Consultancy A newly created role for a part time finance manager within a London based consultancy business. This role is ideal for someone who has 3+ years experience within a broad finance or bookkeeping position and posses excellent organisation and communication skills. Responsibilities are as follows:

  • Daily and weekly reporting including sales ledgers for temporary and permanent teams
  • Producing KPI metrics for analysis from management team
  • Meetings with management team.
  • Managing and coordinating monthly P & L reporting, budgeting and reforecast processes.
  • Providing back-office services such as credit checking, accounts payable, collection and payroll
  • Quarterly VAT returns
  • Monthly bank reconciliations
  • Prepare and issue invoices for temp and perm
  • Producing accurate financial reports and information
  • Developing and monitoring cash flow statements
  • Managing credit cards/staff expenses and general bookkeeping and debtors
  • Making financial forecasts/projecting profit
