Part-Time Accounts Assistant required at one of the UKs most iconic and well-regarded museums! Our client is looking for YOU!This registered Charitable organisation are a leading and incredibly well-respected London Museum; they provide an excellent space to the public providing an artistic and cultural environment. This role would suit someone with a passion for the non-for-profitsector who is looking to work in a vibrant, social, and successful accounts team.The company is a forward-thinking organisation, with flexibility around core hours, providing study support for progression & developmentAs a core member you will be covering the below tasks: Completing payments to supplier and purchasing purchase orders Assist raising sales invoices to customers and assist on credit control; Maintaining a digital record of all financial transactions, documents and supplier information; Assisting with the collection and preparation of posting various donations twice a month. Coordinating daily financial tasks with the finance team to optimize workflow; Dealing with customer and supplier queries; Chasing invoices for stock received when requested; Bank reconciliations as and when required; Banking cash as necessary.
