2 days a week interim role for a facilities coordinator with experience of coordinating office refurbishments and moves.Client DetailsOur client is a charitable organisation in the city, this is an in house facilities team.DescriptionYou will be responsible for:Coordinating office movesLiaising with contractorsGetting quotes from contractors and over seeing instruction to workOrganisation of new office spaceOrganisation of sound proofing and storage spaceOrganisation of handyman dutiesWorking 2 days per week over a couple of months until project is completed.ProfileWe are looking for:A facilities / office moves coordinator with experience of managing contractorsExperience of coordinating and running offices moves is essentialFacilities management experience is essentialCoordinating and organising handymen on siteThis is a part time role starting immediately.Job OfferGood starting hourly rate on offer for this part time project in the city.
