Job Description

An excellent opportunity for a Virtual Assistant to work closely with an inspirational entrepreneur assisting with general PA tasks and projects. We are looking for someone available to work 8 to 10 hours per week. This is remote work however we wouldlike someone who is happy to work in person approximately 1 day per month to help with general filing and in-person assistance.The RoleWe are looking for someone to assist with a range of scheduling, research and general support tasks for new and existing business activities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Diary management and scheduling meetings
  • Arranging travel and meetings
  • Research and recommendations
  • Initiating and managing projects
  • Compiling expenses, filing and reporting
The CandidateWe are looking for an experienced candidate who is looking for some consistent work to fit alongside other interests. We are looking for someone who can work well autonomously and manage their time effectively.Key skills are:
  • High attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy - advanced skills in full MS Office suite
  • Ability to use common sense and best judgement in business scenarios
  • Excellent follow-up and able to respond quickly
