Job title: Part 147 Regulation and Compliance Specialist Location: Warton. Salary: Up to £45,326 What you’ll be doing: • Supporting the Regulatory Approval Manager in ensuring the continuation of the Part 147 approval through continued review and update of the 147 Maintenance Training Organisation Exposition (MTOE) and Functionally Mandated Procedure (FMP) documentation set• Providing an interface with BAE Systems Part 147 Approved Maintenance Training Organisations to ensure that they qualify for the continuation of regulatory approval and carry out on base oversight to ensure continued compliance• Ensuring alignment to regulation & company policy with respect to Part 147 Training requirements and advice any change and impacts of the changes and support to audits• Work independently and proactively as well as part of the 145/147 team, with good interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral, also proficient with IT (MS Toolset, Word, PPT, EXEL)• Working from home or on base as required Your skills and experiences: • Qualified Aircraft Maintenance Technician / Supervisor or similar Engineering apprenticeship / academic qualification • Knowledge and experience of Maintenance & Continuing Airworthiness and applicable regulations • Civil or Military Aircraft Maintenance/Training background • In depth working knowledge and experience of / EASA / EMAR / MAA / CAA & MAOS Regulations. The Maintenance and Continuing Airworthiness (M&CA) team: The Maintenance and Continuing Airworthiness (M&CA) Part 147 Regulatory Approval (RA) Specialist is responsible to the Regulatory Approval Manager, for Part 147 regulation compliance, implementation, support and assurance through oversight activities, acrossmultiple Aircraft Maintenance Training Organisations, ensuring the continued compliance to applicable Part 147 regulation.
