Plus full study support & bonus One of my long-standing central London based Wealth Management firms are currently recruiting for an experienced Paraplanner that is looking for a clear route through to becoming an Adviser. The firm are a highly regarded Chartered business that work withHNW and UHNW city professionals and business owners. They have a demonstrable track record of organic growth, promoting many of the people that we have placed with them over the last few years, into more senior roles. The Senior Management Team have no desireto sell the business to a larger firm, so can offer stability and a more client focused environment to work in. The role will be working directly with one of their highest billing Advisers, who is also a Partner of the firm. They currently have too many clients,new enquiries and recommendations to service to the level they want to, so are looking for a driven Paraplanner that ultimately wants to become an Adviser, who can take over some of these clients. I have personally worked closely with this firm for nearly7 years, placing circa 20 members of staff with them, so know the business very well.They offer truly consultative, holistic financial advice, which is 100% client centric and not just about building up the AUM for the firm. They have built the foundations of the firm on this basis and the net result has been steady and sustainable growth,built around referrals and recommendations. The Paraplanning role will be working on a one-to-one basis with the Adviser attending both face-to-face and online client meetings and then taking an active part in deciding what the most suitable recommendationsfor the client should be. The firm tends to deal with higher net worth clients, so the cases are more complex and interesting. As the Paraplanner, you will need to complete bespoke suitability reports and help to come up with the most tax efficient and beneficialsolutions for the client. Due to the age of some of the clients, there will also be lots of exposure to intergenerational planning, so you will not only get to know individual clients, but also their family members as well.If you like adding real value to clients and want the opportunity to build very long term and meaningful relationships, then this would be the ideal role for you.Full on the job training and mentoring will be provided, with the aim that the Advisers passes over some of their clients once you are fully confident and technical competent with the Adviser role. This is an excellent opportunity for a Paraplanner thatis looking for a route through to becoming a highly skilled Financial Adviser, working in a very supportive and team orientated firm with ethical and likeminded people.To be eligible for this role you must have at least 2 years solid Paraplanning experience and be at least level 4 diploma qualified. The role also has the benefit of being part home, part office based.
