About Parameta SolutionsParameta Solutions, the data and analytics division of inter-broker dealer TP ICAP, is a leading global provider of OTC Market Data. From pre to post trade, their solutions help clients manage complex markets more effectively. In May 2022, the firm became an FCA authorized benchmark administrator. This license has allowed the company to take on administration of the nine TP ICAP interest rate swaps benchmarks that were previously administered by Moorgate Benchmarks. In April 2023,the firm was also approved as an ESMA authorised benchmark administrator, making it the first IDB to administer OTC benchmarks and indices across Europe AND the UK. Central to Parametas purpose is partnering with clients to create true value. The team is focussed on helping clients navigate changing market conditions, not only by providing world-class proprietary data but also the analysis and insight that will fuel theirstrategies. Role OverviewThe successful candidate will lead Parameta Solutions Energy & Commodities product development initiatives. You will be responsible for defining and implementing a strategy that allows Parameta to capitalises on TP ICAP Groups leading position in Energy &Commodity (E&C) execution services through the successful launch and management of OTC data solutions across oil, power, gas, coal renewable and digital asset markets. In partnership with E&C broking, control and technology functions, create and be responsible for policies, procedures, standard methodologies and frameworks to govern how TP ICAP proprietary data is collected, stored, enriched, and accessed by third parties.This will include data generated by proprietary as well as third party order/trade/deal management systems (e.g. Fusion), chat systems and pricing/analytical software. The role will require you to work alongside Parameta Solutions Sales and Channel Management functions as well as with E&C broking management to develop products and services that maximises the groups opportunity with end users (e.g. energy companies, utilities,national oil companies, banks and hedge funds) as well data aggregators/vendors, exchanges, clearing houses, Price Reporting Agencies and other third parties seeking to derive value from the groups E&C IP. Role Responsibilities

• Lead a team of specialist Energy & Commodities (E&C) product managers, implementation and operational analysts.
• Define, develop and execute a rolling 5 year product strategy for Parameta Solutions that aligns with and accelerates TP ICAP Groups ambitions in Energy and Commodities.
• Identify (product initiation) and build (product acceptance) new E&C data sets and data solutions - Including historical, real-time and intra-day transactional, indicative and evaluated data sets. Own the PnL delivery of such solutions and lead the go-to-marketplanning and execution for Parametas E&C related services.
• Work with Parameta Solutions and third party benchmark and index product managers to identify and build a suite of investible benchmarks capable of being used for financial product issuance and to be consumed as index data services.
• Work alongside Parameta Solutions other Proposition leads including Risk, Regulatory, Capital Markets and Trading Analytics to identify product synergies and to devise specific E&C solutions in these areas.
• Work with E&C broking division and TP ICAP group central IT functions to implement new technology within business and secure opportunity to commercialise resultant data and analytics with both broking and non-broking clients.
• Define and implement a strategy, working with the Global Broking specialist, and compliance to take over all EOD and Reval broker publications. Ensure ALL external publication of data from TP ICAP Energy and Commodities is channelled via Parameta Solutions.
• Attend group and industry events and conferences and be willing to travel both regionally and internationally to represent the firm.

Experience / CompetencesEssential

• Leadership skills - Ability to manage, coach and guide direct reports. Ability to act as a subject matter expert and direct and or influence multi-functional project teams.
• Strategy skills - Can envision and interpret upcoming industry trends and position the products with emerging needs. Cable of articulating a clear product vision and forecasting associated PnL. The ability to think analytically / conceptually combined andto translate, or help others translate, ideas from concept into strategy and specific actions.
• Experience in a real time market data environment including understanding of typical methods used for capturing, storing and monitoring proprietary and third party data sets.
• Proven product management experience in Energy & Commodities market data including building revenue generating products and taking them to market.
• Detailed understanding of the use of OTC data within the E&C pre, point of and post trade workflow.
• Detailed knowledge of E&C OTC derivative, cash and physical products (with a particular focus on oil, power, liquified/natural gas, carbon and renewables markets) pricing, conventions, trading, risk management and typical market data use cases.

Experience of researching and structuring E&C benchmarks/assessments and a detailed understanding of their use for financial product issuance and data sales.
