Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a brand-new, permanent paralegal vacancy, on behalf of our client, a leading US law firm.This is to support their highly regarded Restructuring team in the London office. The successful applicant will work closely with fee-earners on matters from inception through to conclusion.Typical responsibilities will include:

  • Tracking opportunities in the market.
  • Managing the Restructuring teams’ documents.
  • Performing legal research tasks.
  • Analysing materials.
  • Recording deal terms.
  • Assisting with training materials.
  • Proofreading.
  • Assisting with business development tasks.
  • Managing the departments’ know-how system.
