Job Description

A niche Investment Management business is looking to hire a Paralegal to join the business working closely with the Head of Legal.Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the legal contract process from end-to-end, providing support and advice to the Head of Legal in the negotiation and execution of contracts.
  • Assist with fund structuring, launches and closings.
  • Drafting Board bundles and resolutions.
  • Supporting all areas of the business with legal queries.
  • Assist with the general legal, commercial, and regulatory compliance matters as well as ensuring administration and commercial accuracy of all contracts.
  • Template drafting (checklists, NDAs, disclaimers, basic contracts).
  • Uploading and tracking legal documents using legal technology.
  • Legal billing and budget tracking.
  • Legal research and keeping on top of relevant available resources.
Job Requirements:
  • At least 2 years Paralegal experience, ideally working within a similar Investment Management business.
  • An undergraduate law degree or equivalent.
  • French language skills, preferential.
  • Knowledge of UK & Luxembourg regulatory environments, preferable.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
