Their niche lies in representing tenants, leaseholders, and homeowners in their battles against building defects and property conditionsimposed by landlords and developers.The Role:As a Housing Litigation Paralegal, youll be the backbone of the team, supporting solicitors in a variety of property disputes and housing-related personal injury claims. From client interviews to drafting statements, youll be an essential part of clientsjourney to resolution.Your Responsibilities:Collaborate with dynamic solicitors, handle client inquiries, and assist in delivering legal advice. Youll be ensuring clients receive the efficient and friendly service they deserve. Whether its drafting statements or contributing to marketing activities,youll play a key role in their success.Person Specification:

  • Experience of working as a Paralegal in property disputes or housing litigation is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Organised and able to prioritise.
