Paid Social Marketing Lead - D2C Brand£35-45k London/Remote My client is the largest player in its field in the UK. With huge year on year growth, this premium monthly membership and ecommerce brand boasts over 100k monthly subscribers and growing every day. The recently launched ecommerce platform has taken the business to the next level and the opportunity for growth is limitless. With cutting edge, quality content always at the forefront of their marketing - this brand has a whole lot of personality!This is a fantastic role where you will use a mix of knowledge across all areas of SEM - focusing mainly on paid channels - Social (Facebook, Instagram & YouTube) and PPC.The Role:*Develop and implement Facebook/Instagram paid media strategy to support ambitious growth plans.*Review and optimise Facebook performance daily and advise the content and creative teams to maximise their editorial agenda.*Develop and implement paid search strategy and report on this providing insight.*Become the company Social and Search guru - staying informed of developments across all platforms and providing insight to keep the company ahead of the game!The Candidate:*Ideally at least 2-3 years within paid social media advertising. (Facebook Ad Manager and Google suite are essential).*Experience from another D2C brand is ideal, however very open to other areas of ecommerce and digital agency experience.*A strong understanding of all aspect of SEM - Hands on PPC or You Tube experience would be an advantage.*Ability to create campaigns that deliver increased traffic, engagement and conversion and to report the performance using data and insight from a variety of sources.*Educated to degree level.*Passion to work for a creative and content led brand.This is a rare opportunity to join a team and brand who are established, ambitious and small enough to allow all of their team room to develop and grow.Profiles Creative is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
