We make learning a language easy by combining AI-powered courses with instant feedback from our global community of native speakers and live tutoring from qualified teachers across the world.The role We are looking for a Display, Video & Paid Social Manager to join our growing team, scaling activity globally across both mobile and web environments. Leveraging a wide range of platforms, such as Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIN and GDN, you will help deliver a plan that maximises brand reach and ROI. Working with a team of channel specialists, you will help create a test-learn-optimise culture, balancing creative, spend and audience targeting to deliver against business objectives.In terms of background, you will have experience of running campaigns across the paid social landscape as well as display, app install and retargeting networks and video channels such as YouTube. Reporting to the Head of Display, you will play an integral role within a highly productive, effective and data-driven team working to deliver growth for Busuu across multiple international markets.You will:

  • Contribute to and deliver against the global display, video & paid social strategy, across both mobile and web environments
  • Work collaboratively with a team of channel specialists, creating a high performing culture based on test-learn-optimise methodology
  • Working with internal and external design/copy teams, drive the creative process to maximise performance at scale, ensuring relevance within each market/audience segment/platform
  • Remain curious, continuously running experiments and working with the Insights and Analytics team to identify growth opportunities
  • Working closely with the social media team, ensure an integrated approach to paid and organic planning to maximise impact
  • Support the development of, and leverage, a central audience strategy and messaging matrix to inform targeting and improve performance
  • The candidate
  • 4+ years experience running campaigns across display/video/paid social platforms - including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, TikTok, GDN, Remerge and App Install Networks (e.g. Adcolony, Jampp)
  • You will be naturally curious, with the ability to ask the right questions in order to optimise performance
  • A blend of analyst and performance marketer, you will enjoy reviewing results as much as delivering growth through creativity and innovation
  • Proven experience running cross-channel campaigns, managing large monthly budgets and deploying them effectively globally
  • A good understanding of the attribution ecosystem (MMPs) and the data infrastructure behind it. Experience working with custom attribution models is a bonus.
  • Ideally you will have an advanced degree in a related field and experience working in a scale-up or a strong e-commerce B2C brand
