The Role:Leverage Mulberrys luxury British fashion position, maximise Paid Social strategies to elevate the brand, inspire and grow our fans and develop incremental commercialopportunities.Globally responsible for planning and executing international advertising campaigns across Social Media channels.Lead and coordinate Global and Local Paid Social activations, working collaboratively with local Mulberry teams.Assist andsupport the Senior Social Media Manager on Paid Social strategyWork collaboratively with the overall team on integrated planning for new brand and product category launches, marketing activities and promotional events. Duties & Responsibilities:Supportin developing international paid social strategies with central digital, marketing and creative teams.Collaborate with the Mulberry internal Image and content teams, in developing new and effective paid social concepts.Plan and execute global Paid Socialcampaigns across key social channels - FB, IG, TikTok, Youtube, WeChat, Weibo, Red, KakaoTalk and Line.Co-ordinate APAC Paid Social campaigns via digital media agency, briefing plans and delivering assets.Lead all reporting for the Paid Social channel,executing weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reviews, presenting to teams and creating actionable insights.Own Paid Social audience analysis, collaborating with the Marketing Insights team to refresh data and identify new targeting opportunities. Innovate within channels where possible and develop first-to-market and growth opportunities.Build relationships with platform partners to identify new opportunities to scale Mulberrys presence across paid social.Monitor competitor activities, under-takingbenchmarking and analysis, sharing with the wider Digital and Marketing teams.Assist with spend tracking and invoice management. Skills & Experience Required:Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with at least two years experience working within a media agency or brand digital media/marketing team.First-hand experienceof working in a Paid Social / Biddable Media implementation role (with a focus on FB, IG, TikTok).A broad understanding and passion for digital marketing channels.An interest and understanding of the digital, luxury fashion and technology landscape. Strong IT skills with the ability to demonstrate a high level of competence in PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to take the initiative and be proactive, anticipating problems and offering effectivesolutions.A collaborative and diplomatic team player who is well-organised and efficient with strong planning and prioritising capabilities and has the ability to work to multiple deadlines.Ability to build strong internal and external relationshipsand interact with people at all levels.Excellent attention to detail.Ability to research, digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely.Happy to have a "hands on" approach to working across a wide variety of ad hoc tasks to ensure thesmooth running of a busy digital environment.
