They are looking to offer employees the fun, energetic and enthusiastic service they offer to customers.DescriptionAs a senior Paid Social Executive in London you will:* Support Paid Social Manager on the strategic direction of paid social as a media channel across B2B and B2C audiences* Define the KPIs and objectives for paid social within the wider marketing mix* Liaise with the wider business on planning paid social campaigns including creative, marketing and web teams* Manage and report on paid social budgets* Support Paid Social Manager on reporting and recommend optimisation on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis* Support Paid Social Manager to build, manage and optimise all paid social activity* Support Paid Social Manager to create and deliver a testing plan for optimising paid social over time* Project manage the delivery of best-in-class tracking, creative and landing pages for paid socialProfileFor this role you should have some of the Following:* Experience working with one other paid social ad platform e.g., TikTok, Snap, Pinterest etc.* Experience working in collaboration with people in other marketing fields e.g. organic social, SEO, PR, PPC etc.* Experience in media / entertainment field preferable* Ideally worked in paid social, specifically working within Facebook Business Manager* Experience working with web analysts to implement best in class tracking for paid social* Experience working with designers to create best in class ad creative and landing pages* Appetite to up skill across PPC* Great communication skills, both written and verbal* Attention to detail - Immaculate spelling, punctuation and grammar* Results-driven acumen, always thinking of ways to improve and innovate* Self-motivated and proactive attitude, not afraid to get stuck in and get stuff doneJob OfferWe can offer a successful candidate a Competitive salary.
