Structured around four key pillars-Digital Commerce, Digital Operations, Digital Experience, and Digital CRM & Personalisation-it engageswith every department across the global business to propel growth.OverviewAs the Paid Search Manager, you will drive our online visibility and performance through global paid search campaigns. You will be responsible for creating and managingcampaigns, optimising them daily, and collaborating closely with relevant teams to ensure alignment with marketing and trade calendars. Additionally, you will play a key role in identifying web development opportunities and briefing the digital experienceteam to enhance campaign performance.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Management:

  • Build, manage, and continually optimise paid search campaigns to drive targeted traffic and meet performance goals.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and ad group structuring to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor budget allocation and bidding strategies to maximise return on investment.
Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing and trade teams to align paid search campaigns with product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the integration of paid search strategies into the overall marketing plan.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to keep the team informed on campaign performance and opportunities.
Web Development Opportunities:
  • Identify opportunities for web development that can further enhance campaign performance.
  • Brief the digital experience team on recommended improvements to the website to support paid search initiatives.
  • Continually assess the user experience to ensure optimal conversion rates.
Reporting and Generating Insights:
  • Develop and deliver regular reports on paid search performance, providing key insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Utilise web analytics tools (e.g., GA4) to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Monitor KPIs including click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend.
Budget Management:
  • Manage budgets effectively and allocate resources where they will have the greatest impact.
  • Provide input on budget planning and forecasting to maximise campaign reach.
Your Talent:
  • Proven experience in managing global paid search campaigns, with a strong track record of achieving measurable results.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., GA4) to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A passion for sustainability and fashion is a plus.
