Job Description

  • In-house Paid Search opportunity with global digital marketing company
  • Up to £35,000 basic + benefits
This is a fantastic in-house / client side opportunity for a talented and ambitious Paid Media specialist with experience in Paid Search looking for their next opportunity with a global digital marketing business. Joining a dedicated team, this role willhave responsible for activation, optimisation and reporting on paid media campaigns across their European market.The role:
  • Reporting into the Head of Paid Media this role will have responsibility to plan, launch, and execute digital paid media activities to increase awareness and drive new user acquisition across the multiple brands across their portfolio
  • Proactively contribute to the improvement of SEM campaign performances, identifying potential problems related to campaigns and proposing and executing solutions as well as areas that can be grown
  • Identify new opportunities to drive revenue and ROAS targets within Googles advertising opportunities (Search, Display, Re-marketing, Video and Paid Social)
  • Extract campaign data, manipulate data and generate accurate and insightful reports that summarise campaign performance to provide further actionable insights
  • Implement and adopt new tools and platforms (BETA and not) to maximise ROAS targets
  • Analyse industry trends and how these affect account performances
  • Present visualised campaign performance reports to direct and cross-functional teams
Skills/Experience:
  • Relevant hands-on experience in PPC (Google, Yahoo!, Bing, etc.) with an emphasis on managing direct response campaigns (CPA, CPL, CPC, ROI, ROAS) working either in an in-house commercial marketing team or digital/media agency
  • The ability to identify trends and turn data into actionable business insights and hypotheses
  • Knowledge of main KPIs used to track behaviour along the customer journey
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (eg - Pivot tables/V Look-ups)
  • Good knowledge of biddable and analytical tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, TikTok, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Tableau is preferred
  • Fluent-level in another European language, in particular German, would be a bonus
  • Ideally a Bachelors degree education in a business field with a focus on data manipulation, statistics, mathematics, operations, business, digital marketing.
