Overview
  • Were looking for an experienced Paid Performance Specialist to become part of our international team.
  • We are looking for someone who is self-assured in their approach, meticulous in their attention to detail and has a proven track record delivering first-class paid performance projects that focus on app installs. You will be passionate about what you do;demonstrate credible leadership, seek ownership and thrive on accountability across various touchpoints of the role.
  • You will have a direct responsibility for driving new user growth for mobile applications, specifically with app installs. You will be leading campaigns and projects ensuring successful planning and execution; handling the management of a vibrant fast-pacedenvironment; nurturing client relationships and driving projects for growth; continually optimising for better-than-expected success.
We want to unlock your potential and develop your career.We will be giving you support, training and PDPs with the target of growing into a Head of Performance role within 12-24 months.Minimum Requirements:
  • 5-6 years of paid performance experience
  • Extensive experience building campaigns that deliver app installs on a CPI basis
  • Profound understanding of paid media strategies that drive installs across Social, Search, Programmatic, DSPs, Affiliates and Ad Networks
  • Profound understanding working with MMPs
  • Solid budget management/control experience
  • Immaculate attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • . Distinct experience driving app installs for mobile applications across Social, Search, Programmatic, DSPs, Affiliates and Ad Networks
  • You must also have a profound understanding of setting up with MMPs, such as AppsFlyer/Adjust, integrating additional sources (such as Social, Apple Search Ads, ironSource, etc)
  • A track record spearheading and delivering successful campaigns that drive app installs on a CPI basis
  • An excellent brain for business with demonstrable experience in developing first-class strategic campaigns for clients
  • Great sales/negotiation skills
  • Natural skills in creating and managing ads on search and social platforms
  • In-depth understanding of the performance marketing landscape

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning, developing, implementing and optimising paid media campaigns to drive new user growth for mobile applications (app installs)
  • End to end campaign management with support from the team, including research, audit, strategy,
  • Creative, copy/messaging, organising workflows, testing, publishing approved content, tracking and measuring performance, optimising, delivering KPIs and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to own customer performance metrics across mobile-app campaigns, including defining
  • Working closely with clients to better understand their business, their customers, and adjust your paid strategies accordingly to drive app installs with high retention rates
  • Able to analyse an existing commercial model and establish key learnings, making calls on how best to deploy better strategies, taking into account overall Company objectives, profitability, channel performance and seasonality
  • Design conversion funnels to understand our audience/consumer habits to improve our digital marketing reach and conversion
  • Working across all elements of Paid Social & Paid Search campaigns
  • Compile, interpret and create data-driven performance reports across paid media
  • Produce and critically analyse campaign reports to make key learnings and recommendations to improve campaigns and content with a particular focus on driving conversion and ROAS
  • In-depth knowledge of the digital & social market and the ability to undertake paid media audits on behalf of clients and the agency; delivering strategic and tactical thinking
  • Conducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
  • Manage relationships with key client contacts, identifying opportunities to drive client business and, in turn, Company revenue and profit
  • You will know what content works on which channels, as well as how best to maximise reach for a specific audience/campaign
  • .Test, identify and scale new paid acquisition channels to ensure growth and profitability from client budgets to hit our targets
