Job Description

Paid Media DirectorLondon, UK £60,000 - £80,000 depending on experience Are you an innovative and analytical digital acquisition marketer who wants to champion the function in a well-funded fin-tech company Do you geek out on setting up KPIs and cracking into how to hit and exceed those metrics This is an opportunity to steer the digital marketing ship across programmatic, paid media, social media and SEO at a super high-growth fin-tech company.The CompanyA well-backed, disruptive fin-tech company with a global reach. They have over £40 million in funding so far and have been going strong through the pandemic.The RoleYou will have ownership over all customer acquisition digital marketing channels, including programmatic, paid media, paid social. This is a chance to step up and drive the strategy forward, youll lead the way in planning the campaigns and working closely with the external agency teams to implement them. All the KPIs and metrics will be under your control, and the digital marketing budget will fall entirely in your hands.In particular, you can expect to:

  • Leverage data and analytics to drive insight around conversion and optimise campaign performance
  • Deliver best-in-class reporting and educate stakeholders on digital marketing results
  • Plan campaigns across programmatic, paid media and SEO, leveraging the latest tool suites including DBM, DV360, Google Analytics
  • Organise data trends and look at ways to unlock new media performance data sources
  • Be a technical problem solver, playing a strategic role and feeding back insights to the strategy team
  • Your Skills and Experience
  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Working experience in a data driven digital marketing position (preferably with a focus on analytics or programmatic)
  • Working experience with platforms including Google Analytics, DBM, DV360, Google Analytics
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Deep knowledge of cross-channel digital marketing campaigns
  • Ability to pitch findings and ideas to stakeholders
