The Role:The PA will provide secretarial and administrative support to the Team Head and wider Institutional Team to help deliver the best level of service to their high net worth clients.The PA will be responsible for diary management, travel arrangements, creation of itineraries, preparation of agendas and meeting packs, management of all institutional Board/IC annual meetings, submission of expense claims, coordination of team’s annualleave, organisation of lunches and dinners as required, for the Team Head and wider team.The PA will maintain strong working relationships with high new worth clients and staff from across the Wealth Management business and become a key contact within the team.The PA will assist the Team Head with managing personal appointments.The PA will organise the Institutional Team’s weekly meetings, maintain a tracker of on-going work, and take minutes as required, to ensure the team are kept to deadlines and administrative and organisational tasks are completed accurately.The PA collaborate the teams Investment Assistants and support keeping client and prospect data up to date, maintenance of the team’s client lists, account opening documentation up to date and monitoring the team’s mailroom for incoming and outgoing post.The PA will assist with events for institutional clients and liaise with the Marketing Team as required.The PA will liaise with Marketing to ensure that client details are up to date and deal with client queries and correspondence promptly.The Candidate:At least 5 years of experience in a similar PA position within Financial ServicesAbility to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment is essential.Ability to work to tight deadlines is essential.Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products and PowerPoint presentation skills.Excellent academic qualifications to A level standard or equivalent.Excellent use of English;The ability to stay calm under pressure and effectively co-ordinate work.
