Job Description

Based in Sloane Street, this is a busy, varied role, supporting two senior Directors with all aspects of personal assistant duties whilst supporting in the regional management of the wider London area. The successful candidate must be able to work in a busyenvironment being able to deliver under pressure, with excellent organisational and time management skills. The candidate will be well presented and confident in dealing with clients both in person and over the phone. Excellent communication skills, meticulousattention to detail, and a good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential. Must be a team player and have the ability to think on your feet and problem solve independently.Team OverviewThe successful candidate will be based in the Sloane Street office and assist with overseeing the Residential Sales teams in our 36 Residential offices.Key Responsibilities of the Role

  • Extensive diary managementMeetings / Viewings / Conference Calls / Tour Management
  • Preparing agendas and minute taking
  • Fielding calls and enquiries
  • Management of Reapit contact databases
  • Correspondence & email management
  • Expenses
  • Invoicing and management of invoices from suppliers
  • Involvement with IT related matters
  • Electronic and paper filing
  • Internal Savills communication
  • Manage all general office administration for Sloane Street office including health and safety
  • Coordination of internal and external marketing emails
  • General PA/secretarial duties
  • Assisting wider team where necessary
  • Anti-Money Laundering checks and paperwork
  • Regularly checking property portal checks
  • Organise internal events
  • Line-managing the Sloane Street Receptionist
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
  • Excellent written and communication skills (including precise spelling and grammar)
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment and work as part of a team
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of Reapit
  • Enthusiastic and committed
  • Ability to learn new skills, working methods and be adaptable to change
  • Previous experience working in a busy PA role is essential
