PA to Estate Agency Training Director Salary up to £45k ( DOE) London Bridge ( 2 days in office 3 working from home)My client is a global Estate Agency / Real Estate company based in London Bridge, and now seeing a amazing PA / Centre manager to work in a thriving, fun environment within a great team of people totally passionate about all things property related. They have billionaires, world class coaching companies and many other impressive stories within the organisation that spans globally.If you want to grow, arent afraid of a challenge or to learn from your own mistakes then please do read onWhat will you be doingAs a Market Centre Manager, your principal goal is to support the Market Centre Director on their quest to grow the market centre and reach our profit goals. You will do this through working closely with their team of independent business owners, enablingthem to become high performers. This will be achieved through coaching and mentoring, regular administrative support, occasional delivery of training sessions and most importantly, be in complete control of all finances, reporting and technical support - youwill be the backbone of the business.You will be the go-to for all new associates, providing them with a robust orientation and ongoing support to ensure they are set for success.In the short term, technology will also be yours to lead, from providing front line support and escalation for all associates, through to driving value add, impactful and timely social media campaigns. Once youre all up and running they will hire you asan assistant to take this off your plate. However it is important that you know the systems inside out.Your main role will cover, but not limited to:

  • Financial Management & Invoicing
  • Daily & Monthly Figure Reporting
  • Agent Onboarding and Systems Orientation
  • First 90 Day Associate Support and Accountability
  • Agent Accountability Consultations
  • Management of Virtual Assistant and soon to be hired UK based Administrator.
  • Key Stakeholder Of Agent Engagement
  • Assisting Agents with The Execution of their Business Plans
  • Supporting Market Centre Director with Growth & Profit Goals
  • Social Media Management
  • Agent Retention
  • This role is Hybrid you will be in London Bridge 2 days and working from home 3 days
Who are they looking forThis role will suit someone with boundless amounts of initiative, you will previously have been perhaps a Branch Manager, Property Manager or Lettings Manager - you will be the glue that holds everything together - they are constantly rewriting the "how-to"guide for this role, every day will be different. You will also be a great listener, someone who loves to nurture others and see them grow, whilst always remaining calm under pressure. Self-motivation and tenacity are your middle names. Being learning basedand coachable are a must.There is a large proportion of tech-related tasks in this role, they expect that you will have a flawless understanding of Microsoft applications and be competent with all the current social media channels.Attention to detail from the big picture to the minutia is a prerequisite. You are the quality control, the analyst, the financial accountant and the statistician.They are also looking for someone with demonstrable leadership skills, who can create a positive culture, while handling potential conflict and some big personalities.
