Job Description

Location: West London - Ladbroke GroveWorking hours: Monday to Friday - 9.30am - 5.30pm - office based. (not hybrid/remote) Hourly rate: £16.48 - £17.58Start date: 22nd February 2023Duration: 10 weeksSector: CharityAs Personal Assistant to the CEO, working for a great charity, you will be the first point of contact, taking responsibility for all administrative workload, it is a varied role where no day is the same. Excellent communication, relationship building, andproblem-solving skills are at the heart of this role.Core Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to CEO principally
  • To set up and co-ordinate meetings and provide meeting support as needed
  • To undertake diary management duties including liaising with internal and external parties
  • To organise travel arrangements and accommodation for CEO when needed
  • To maintain all key documentation and records
  • To produce and distribute letters, reports and other documentation both internally and externally
  • To deal with telephone and written enquiries and information requests
  • To produce presentation materials as required for both internal and external parties
  • To undertake ad hoc projects/research as required
Skill Set Required
  • Excellent skills across Microsoft Office including Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisational skills and experience of arranging/ coordinating meetings and events
  • Significant experience of diary and correspondence management
  • Strong written communication skills necessary to draft letters, reports and other documentation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and confident approach in dealing with a wide range of colleagues, customers and authorities
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work off own initiative and with little intervention or instruction
  • Methodical approach and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable
  • Able to plan, prioritise and deliver to tight timescales
  • Ability to handle matters of a confidential and sensitive nature with professionalism and discretion
Looking for a candidate with proven PA experience, available to start on the 22nd Feb and able to commit to a 10 week temporary assignment.
