We are here to do the same in the UK.If you want to grow, arent afraid of a challenge or to learn from your own mistakes then please do read on...What will I be doing As a Market Centre Manager, you will be leading our team of independent agents, in collaboration with our Operating Partner and Market Centre Director, enabling them to become high performers. You will do this through administrative support, running trainingsessions, but most of all keeping them accountable - you will know their business results better than they do.You will be responsible for understanding, demonstrating and promoting the working culture and immersing yourself in all things KW. You will be an ambassador of the tools, the processes and how we do business. You will be the go-to for all new associates,providing them with a robust orientation and ongoing support to ensure they are set for success.Technology will also be yours to lead, from providing first line support and escalation for all associates, through to driving value add, impactful and timely social media campaigns.You will learn and improve our industry, knowing how our competitors are interacting with and performing in our market, constantly driving your Market Centre ahead of the curve. You will have up to the minute analytics on market activities and the companysperformance in it.Ensuring that the Market Centre and all stakeholders are able to perform to the highest level, by providing an environment that is supportive with all essential collateral, systems and equipment working and available.You will also be responsible for all things financial and legal, from accurate book-keeping, paying agents and ensuring that at all times, the Market Centre is operating within the current (and future) legal framework.Who are we looking for This role will suit someone with boundless amounts of initiative - you will be the glue that holds everything together - we are constantly rewriting the "how-to" guide for this role, every day will be different. You will also be a great listener, someonewho loves to nurture others and see them grow, whilst always remaining calm under pressure. Self-motivation and tenacity are your middle names.There is a large proportion of tech-related tasks in this role, we expect that you will have a flawless understanding of Microsoft applications and be competent with all the current social media channels.Attention to detail from the big picture to the minutia is a prerequisite. You are the quality control, the analyst, the financial accountant and the statistician.We are also looking for someone with demonstrable leadership skills, who can create a positive culture, while handling potential conflict and some big personalities.
