Plus - bonus and excellent benefits packagePrivate Client Wealth ManagementOne of our long-standing London based Chartered Wealth Management firms are now looking for a Personal Assistant / Office Administrator, to join their close-knit team. As a result of a recent promotion, they are looking for a flexible and adaptable personthat can help with numerous office tasks. They work with high-net-worth City clients, providing them with advice around personal wealth, including investments, pensions and tax planning. A number of these clients attend meetings in their offices daily, soyou will help managing Senior Advisers and Partners diary’s, booking clients in for face-to-face meetings and then greeting them at reception and taking them into meeting rooms. In addition, you will help with basic client information gathering and enteringthis onto an in-house database, take phone calls and pass on messages, manage company stationery and ad hoc office equipment, and help plan and run client events and staff team building exercises and social gatherings.This is an excellent opportunity for someone that is looking for a very varied role where they will get to liaise with all members of the company and an eclectic mix of clients. If you have previous PA and office Administrative duties, ideally within a FinancialServices or Professional services organisation then our client would like to speak to you.
