Job Description

Our client is an investment bank looking to hire a PA on a 14-month maternity contract to support the Head of EMEA and a Vice President.Salary - £48,000 pro rata + discretionary bonus, fantastic benefits package and 26 days holidayHybrid working - 3 days working in the officeLocation - City location. Amazing offices, great culture!Hours: 9am to 6pm Monday to FridayPA role:

  • Extensive diary management for both the Head of EMEA and Vice President booking all meetings including scheduling meetings across different times zones
  • Preparing briefing notes for meetings
  • Booking international travel arrangements including flights, accommodation and visas
  • Preparing complex travel itineraries
  • Processing expenses using Concur
  • Updating Salesforce
  • Creating reports from Salesforce into Excel
  • First point of contact for the Head of EMEA and Vice President
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations
  • Assisting with client events
PA profile:
  • Have previously worked as a PA or Executive Assistant ideally within financial services
  • Be able to commit to a 14-month contract
  • Strong diary management experience with experience scheduling meetings across different time zones
  • Have booked international travel, produced detailed itineraries
  • Be self-motivated with excellent organisational, multi-tasking, prioritising and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise at all levels
  • Be able to maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion at all times
  • Be a great team player with a positive, "Can Do" flexible approach
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good MS Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
